Hulk Hogan Helmet
Back in 1988 WWE was having Hulk Hogan wear a helmet while cutting promo interviews and entering the ring. WWE planned to produce the helmet as a toy for the Christmas season that year. +"SHOP 2COOLGHOULS"+

What was the storyline behind the helmet? Was it a storyline injury?
ReplyDeleteHogan wearing the fist helmet was to test how audience would react to it. They planned to turn it into toy but I guess Vince figured seeing Hogan used it as a weapon kids would be copying and lawsuits would follow if kids got hurt.
